Design rights

Who owns the artwork, the files and the right to show the work

In effect from 30 August 2026

1. What you receive

For every set you assemble we hand over a package of files that is enough to print at any printer:

  • a print-ready PDF for each element — with bleed and crop marks, fonts embedded in the file;
  • the dieline, with cut and crease lines;
  • a PNG preview — so you can see what it looks like;
  • a specification for each element: dimensions, material, printing method, CMYK values and the nearest Pantone;
  • a README covering the whole set.

The package is free — given in exchange for an email address, with no payment and no obligation to order a run.

2. The design is yours

Exclusive rights to the packaging design created for you in the PAKET studio belong to you from the moment the files are handed over. No separate deed, extra payment or request is needed.

You may use the artwork however you like: print it in any quantity, alter and adapt it for other packaging elements, put it on your website, in advertising and on marketplaces, and pass it to your own contractors. We place no limit on time, territory or quantity.

Your materials stay yours. The name, logo, images and texts you upload to the studio do not transfer to us: we use them only to fulfil your order.

3. You can print anywhere

You get the production files even if you decide to print somewhere else. That is not a loophole, it is the design of the service: it hands over a finished archive, and where to print — with PAKET or with your own printer — is your call.

We do not embed watermarks, restrictions or service links that would interfere with printing elsewhere. The specification is written so that any production manager can read it, and fonts are embedded in the PDFs, so the printer needs no separate font licence.

We are not answerable for print quality at another printer: the Refund Policy covers only runs produced by us.

4. What stays ours

We hand over the result, not the instrument. Amam Capital LLC retains:

  • the PAKET service: its code, the studio, the generation and mockup rendering engines;
  • the structures and dielines of the packaging elements as technical solutions;
  • the scenes, mockups and 3D previews in which your design is shown — as images in their own right;
  • the PAKET name, the service logo and the design of the site.

Fonts remain the property of their authors. The kits use typefaces under open licences that permit commercial use — there is nothing extra for you to pay.

5. How we show our work

We may show the packaging made for you in our portfolio, in the feed on the site’s home page, in presentations and on social media: photographs of the run, mockups and artwork previews. For a contractor this is ordinary practice and the only way to show what it can do.

As of the date of these terms, the feed on the home page is made up of our own demonstration brands — ATELIER, NORD, SOLA, ЯСЕНЬ and others. These are not client projects: every frame was rendered by our own engine on our own scene.

We do not disclose the commercial details of an order: quantity, price, composition of a delivery, your contacts or our correspondence. What is shown is packaging, not the deal.

If you would rather your packaging did not appear in our public materials, write to hello@paket.studio — before dispatch or at any point afterwards. We will not publish it, and anything already published we will take down within a reasonable time. Frames that have by then been reposted by others are beyond our reach.

6. Generation and similar results

The design is assembled by an algorithm from fonts, colours and composition rules, with some decisions proposed by a language model working from your brief. We cannot guarantee that no one else will arrive at something similar: a similar brief produces similar answers.

We do not check artwork against existing trademarks and we do not guarantee that it can be registered as one. If the design is meant for registration, show it to a trademark attorney before the run — after printing it costs more to find out.

7. Responsibility for supplied materials

By uploading a logo, images and texts you confirm that you are entitled to use them. We do not verify the origin of supplied materials and rely on your confirmation.

If a third party brings a claim against us because of materials you supplied, you reimburse the costs we incur as a result. For our part, we tell you about any such claim immediately and do not admit it without you.
