Privacy policy

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data of users of the PAKET service is processed. The service is owned and operated by Amam Capital LLC (the “Operator”).

By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not place an order and do not leave us your email address.

2. What we collect

• —Email address — to sign in to your account with a one-time code, to send production files and to correspond about your order.
• —Brand details you enter in the studio: name, a short description of the brand, an uploaded logo and images.
• —The packaging project: composition of the set, dimensions, materials, colours and fonts — everything needed to reproduce the artwork and print it.
• —Order and delivery details: delivery address, recipient’s name and phone number, order comments.
• —Technical payment data: transaction identifier and status, amount, currency. The Operator neither receives nor stores card numbers.

We do not ask for identity documents, we do not collect data about you outside the Service, and we do not buy contact lists.

3. What we use the data for

• —Generating designs and assembling artwork and production files.
• —Manufacturing the run, preparing shipping paperwork and delivering it.
• —Taking payment, issuing invoices and running subscriptions for recurring deliveries.
• —Emails about your order: confirmation, links to files, production status, tracking number, replies to your messages.
• —Meeting legal requirements, including accounting and tax records and the requirements of our servicing bank.

Marketing emails go only to people who signed up for them, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link. Emails about your order are not marketing: without them the order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Retention

Account data and saved projects are kept for as long as the account exists. Order data, invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by law for accounting and tax purposes and for as long as is needed to resolve any dispute.

When you ask us to delete your account, the data is deleted or anonymised, except where longer retention is expressly required by law.

5. Sharing with third parties

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data goes only to those without whom an order cannot be fulfilled, and only to the extent needed:

• —The bePaid payment service and our servicing bank, Paritetbank JSC — to take payment. Card numbers are not passed to the Operator.
• —Partner printers — production files and run parameters. Your contact details reach them only to the extent needed for dispatch.
• —The carrier — the address, name and phone number of the recipient: without these the shipment cannot be delivered.
• —The generation model provider (Anthropic or OpenRouter) — the text brief only: the brand name, its short description and mood keywords. Logos, uploaded files, contact details and order data are not sent there.
• —An email service — to deliver messages related to your order.

6. Your rights

• —Request access to your personal data and a copy of it.
• —Request correction of inaccurate data.
• —Request deletion of your data and your account.
• —Withdraw consent to processing, where processing was based on consent.
• —Object to your packaging being shown in our public materials — the procedure is described in the Design Rights document.

To exercise these rights, write to hello@paket.studio from the address you used when ordering. We review such requests and act on them within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to this policy

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. This version takes effect on 30 August 2026.
