How recurring deliveries of PAKET packaging work
In effect from 30 August 2026
1. What a packaging subscription is
A subscription is a recurring delivery of the same set of packaging: the same artwork, the same composition, the same materials, arriving at the interval you choose. You pick the interval when you sign up: every month, every two months, or every quarter.
The composition of a subscription is captured as a snapshot at sign-up. If you later change the project in the studio, the series already agreed will ship as it was — so that a delivery never drifts away from what was approved and paid for. To change the composition, a new artwork has to be approved.
Subscriptions cover production runs only. Production files are handed over once and need no recurring delivery.
2. The recurring discount
Recurring deliveries cost less than one-off orders, for a technical reason: print setup and make-ready are paid for once across the whole series, and production can plan its load in advance. The more frequent the deliveries, the tighter that planning and the larger the discount.
- every month — 12%;
- every two months — 8%;
- every quarter — 5%.
The discount applies to each delivery. The discount in force and the resulting amount are shown in the calculation before you pay — you always pay the figure you saw.
3. Signing up and paying
A subscription starts with the first delivery: you approve the artwork, pay for the first batch, and the next delivery is counted from that date.
The discount is calculated for a series of at least three deliveries — that is what production plans around. You may cancel earlier at any time, and you will not be asked to pay back the difference on deliveries already received.
Later deliveries are paid automatically with the same bank card, or against an invoice — you choose the method when signing up. We email you before each upcoming delivery and charge.
The next delivery falls on the same day of the month as the previous one. If the month has no such day, the delivery moves to the last day of that month rather than to the start of the next one.
4. Pausing, changing and cancelling
You can pause a subscription, change its interval or cancel it — in your account or by writing to hello@paket.studio from the address used at sign-up.
For a change to affect the next delivery, tell us before that delivery goes to print. A delivery already in production cannot be cancelled: the run is printed from your artwork and suits no other buyer. Details are in the Refund Policy.
After cancellation the parties’ obligations end going forward: deliveries already paid for and produced still arrive, no new ones are started. Your saved artwork and files stay in your account.
5. Changes to these terms
The Provider may change the subscription terms, including the discount and the minimum series, having given notice on the site or by email before the change takes effect. A series already signed up for is governed by the terms in force on the day it was arranged.
This version of the Subscription Terms takes effect on 30 August 2026.
